1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 gluten-free buns
1 ripe avocado, sliced

Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten-free bread crumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
